Establish achieved via system provision of framework, such as nature of hazard, area of impact and consequences.

Identify and Analyse Critical Control Points (CCP) via recording details in the system and identifying controls.

Evaluate CCP and critical limits using the Hazard Matrix (likelihood, consequence, calculation, rating).

Treat and Establish Procedures via system generated auto alerts and reminders for checklists and corrective actions, timeframe and responsibilities. Update centralised policies and procedures library.

Monitor and Report via hazard register reports, trend analysis and outstanding actions reports.

Lessons Learned input into policies and procedures for Continuous Improvement.
