i.on my has a once off $595 set-up fee plus a subscription fee
of $10 per full time equivalent employee per month (capped at
$500 per month). This provides unlimited access to the system
for all employees 24 hours a day, seven days per week.
No lock-in contracts - simply give us 30 days notice of cancellation
of your subscription. No additional costs for upgrades or changes
required to meet legislative or regulatory requirements.
Pricing Example
An organisation with 14 employees, 10 full-time (1.0 FTE) and
4 part-time (0.5 FTE) would have a once-off set-up fee of $595
and a subscription fee of $120 per month. Therefore your annual
cost would be $1,440 - payable monthly or annually whatever suits
your budget. (note: first year cost is $2,035 as it include initialization
fee).
Cost Savings for Your Business
We have estimated a time saving of 10 hours per month just by
using the reminder function in the i.on my system. Our reminder
function enables you to set reminders for all dates within the
system - an employees birthday, probation review date, impending
expiration of a certificate (e.g. first aid) or the commencement
of leave for an employee. At $20 per hour - that's a saving of
$2,400 per year in your time - giving you more time to work on
other things and paying for the system.
