i.on my is the concept of ThoughtWare, a privately owned boutique business that is Gold Coast located. ThoughtWare is a small and mid-size business (SMB) so we identify with SMB issues, and aim to look after your business.

Stability

ThoughtWare as a business has been established for 21 years, since April 1991. Sonja Bernhardt has been CEO for 13 years, since February 1999.

Credibility

The ThoughtWare Board of Directors brings together a wealth of experience in software design and implementation, business and finance. Read about ThoughtWare's Board here.

The directors are respected published authors with over 50 publications between them and a number of board and executive committee memberships (local state, national and internationally based). Thus not only do you get the value of their business experience when you become involved with ThoughtWare but you also get the added value from the wide variety of industry and community activities the management team have undertaken and continue to undertake.

The owners and directors of ThoughtWare (Dr Robin Craig and Sonja Bernhardt) have multiple degrees and qualifications between them as well as a combined experience of more than 45 years in the information technology, science, biotechnology, computer programming, human resources and research fields. For example Sonja has been awarded with:

• MBA (Masters of Business Administration) (Queensland University of Technology, Australia - 1992)
• Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (Queensland University of Technology, Australia - 1989)
• Bachelor of Arts majoring in abstract algebra and psychology (University of Queensland, Australia - 1987)
