I.on my - When?
When and How Do We implement?
As i.on my is supplied with default definition fields, inbuilt workflow and tools and templates to guide the implementation, it is technically possible to be up and running within a few weeks. However the actual timeframe to live operations is dependent on organisational issues such as complexity, availability of your staff to implement the system and your associated communication, training and change management issues.
We can absolutely deliver you a pre-configured, initial data converted working system within an efficient timeframe. The project team may then fine tune system settings, parameters and definition fields and roll into training. However, we flag that generally sites do experience their own issues with resource availability, competing priorities and decision making/approvals that may impact an ‘ambitious’ timeline.
The table below outlines implementation consulting options.
You can select from these consulting implementation options:
| Option |
Description |
Advantage |
Disadvantage |
| Light |
Conducted remotely using templates and tools, and involves a series of questions back and forth to gather data and clarify set up requirements. |
No additional cost - price included in initial purchase |
Basic areas covered - assumes use of system standards and defaults - if significant tailoring required will need to be done by your company. May result in a need for some ad hoc consulting services to complete. |
| Assisted |
Involves purchase of a draw down package of consulting time - where consultants provide additional guidance on the overall project. |
Good cost alternative, plus resources on tap as required. |
May ‘drift’ if on site resources not given ownership and specific responsibility to manage a project |
| Project |
A fully structured 5 stage project with on site resources is established. |
Structured disciplined, controlled project environment. Injects a sense of urgency and focus to implement. |
Highest cost resource alternative |
Regardless of the implementation resource option selected we utilise our fundamental implementation methodology that consists of 5 stages as represented below, and closely maps to international project management standards, such as PMBOK and PRINCE2.
